Before we submit proposals, we want to learn as much about your business as possible. During initial meetings, we strive to learn how you order and manage your current projects. We want to understand your pain points and what works well for you now.
How do you store and distribute your materials? Are your print specifications structured to allow for the best overall costs and also maintain brand integrity? This type of information gathered in our initial meeting will allow us to come back to you with a proposal and solutions that will save your company money, time and headaches. If for any reason we can’t do this, we won’t ask for your business. It’s that simple.
We ensure your projects are run on the most efficient equipment possible for every job, while maintaining quality that meets or exceeds your expectations. We utilize the capacity of hundreds of pieces of printing and finishing equipment, both locally and nationally within our network of trade manufacturers that have proven ability to meet our high-quality standards.
Whether your project is a simple single piece or a complex project with multiple components and mailing or fulfillment, we utilize a multi-source bid process for every component of the project. We break every project component apart to determine the most cost-effective production method and equipment for each process, from presswork such as covers, text and reply cards, paper and finishing, to bindery and mailing.
Our automated project estimating system enables us to efficiently compare these costs on many pieces of equipment in multiple manufacturing plants to determine the most cost-efficient equipment for any quantity. A rigorous quality control process is followed both throughout the production process, and during final inspection, to ensure every project shipped or mailed is produced to correct specifications and high-quality standards.
